Reporter: How do you view the difficulties encountered by private enterprises in the development process?

Ding Shizhong: Premier Wen Jiabao emphasized in the government work report that the micro-small companies face more economic difficulties when they face economic challenges. Not only micro-small companies, most private companies are under great pressure in the current market environment. After China's accession to the WTO, all markets have been opened. This makes it possible for international brands that have been entrenched in individual first-tier cities to infiltrate all levels of cities in China, and market competition has become more intense. Many problems faced by these small and micro enterprises also appear in the private enterprises such as Anta. Some people prefer to fake foreign brands, do not really domestic brands. Some private enterprises like us who have a certain scale feel pressure, let alone small and micro enterprises.

Reporter: For the predicament faced by private enterprises, what do you think should be a breakthrough?

Ding Shizhong: If we want to break through the "domestic and diplomatic difficulties" of private enterprises, we must improve the industrial chain and optimize the industrial layout so that enterprises can become bigger and stronger, and at the same time support small and micro enterprises, improve the business environment, and enhance competitiveness. To this end, the state needs to give more support from policies and implement relevant supporting policies.

It is hoped that the country can carry out targeted systematic research on the industrial layout. Whether these growing enterprises can become large-scale enterprises with international competitiveness will depend on whether the country can provide support for the strategic layout of the industry. At the same time, we must also strengthen the process of building the industrial chain. At present, there are two directions in the formation of the industrial chain, one is the industry accumulated by the market, and the other is the industry driven by the national project. Ding Shizhong: Although the scale of micro-small enterprises is small, it plays an important role that cannot be ignored in the development of the national economy. The role of small and micro enterprises is very large. Most of them focus on subdivided areas, covering the upstream and downstream supporting links of almost all industrial chains, and making important contributions to the development of China's economy. However, in recent years, these micro-enterprises have encountered many difficulties, such as difficulties, technological innovation, recruitment, and rapid increase in employment costs.

It is suggested that the government can formulate policies on preferential taxation, preferential interest rates, direct appropriation, and even tax exemption for small enterprises; reduce the burden on enterprises, clean up various forms of fees and charges, and limit the fees to a reasonable range; for micro and small enterprises.
