Products with unsatisfactory color fastness tend to fade and stain. Inadvertently washing will cause other items to become stained and stained. Manufacturers use low-grade dyes in product dyeing, and the process is not clean after processing, lack of effective management, product testing and other reasons is the main reason for color fastness.

2. The PH value is unqualified. There are 8 batches of PH products that are unqualified, accounting for 0.09% of the unqualified rate. PH values ​​that are unqualified can cause skin irritation, mainly due to improper dyeing processes or the use of low-grade rinse agents. .

3, the fiber content failed The spot checks have 19 fiber content (components) failed, accounting for 23% failure rate. This disqualification is deceptive to consumers, and the manufacturer's operators are suspicious of shoddy.

4, formaldehyde failed This sampling has a formaldehyde batch unqualified, such a situation is currently rare clothing products.

5. Dichloromethane failed. There were 2 batches of methylene chloride failed in this sampling. This kind of situation was mainly found on wool cashmere sweater products. For smooth combing and finished products, the hand feels soft, excessive additives or softening is added. Caused by the agent.

The qualified rate of this spot check product is low, and the shopping mall has a great relationship with the lack of necessary inspection and management methods for textile and clothing products.
