Mariagiovanna Ruiu Italy

Born on January 21, 1979 in Sardinia, Italy. After graduating in art history, he graduated to become a jewelry designer after studying and graduated as a designer at a leading jewelry company in Italy for many years. Currently he works as a product design and R&D manager at Italy's top jewelry sales company.

Mariagiovanna believes that “we live in a “scale” society where a lot of things are produced in batches. I believe that in the future the jewellery industry will return to custom jewellery (personal jewellery). We should pay more attention to local traditions. The manufacturing process and jewelry quality."

Milan - Venice Series

This series is designed for the Italian-designer's motherland. She chose two famous cities - Milan and Venice, Milan is the capital of Italian fashion, and Venice is the Italian city of love, they are all concentrated in Italian art.

The Milan series is inspired by the famous Milan Cathedral, which is a masterpiece of Italian Gothic architecture. The outline of the church is on the outside of the bracelet, and the enamel of the church canopy pattern is on the inside.

The Venetian collection was inspired by a detail of the famous architectural masterpiece, Cà d'oro. Using an architectural pattern from Cà d'oro as a template, repeated use of this pattern produces a pattern that resembles one of the Italian traditions. Embroidery is especially popular in Venice.

Pintad-era Collection

Sardinia, Italy, is the designer's hometown and she hopes to use modern and innovative methods to design jewelry that symbolizes Sardinia. This symbol, called Sa Pintadera, is the ancient mark used by Sardinia to decorate bread. Recent studies have shown that Sa Pintadera is similar to the calendar used by the Celts and may be a memory of the nuragic ancient calendar.

This is a necklace made of white gold. The pendant can be flipped, with white diamonds on one side and black diamonds on the other.
